Heat Cost Allocator System and Consultancy

According to the REGULATION ON SHARING OF HEATING AND SANITARY HOT WATER EXPENSES IN CENTRAL HEATING AND SANITARY HOT WATER SYSTEMS published in the Official Gazette dated 14.04.2008 and numbered 26847 (duplicate), it has been made mandatory to use heat meters and heat meters for sharing of heat expenses in buildings using central heating systems. These heat meters and counters must comply with both this regulation and the Measurements and Adjustment Law numbered 3516.

In this context, as a company, we correctly determine the Heat Share Meter system requirements of your residence/workplace and produce solutions. We meet the expense sharing needs of your central system residences with our partners who have the widest service and reading network in Turkey's Heat Expense Sharing services.

The Heat Cost Allocator System can be applied in two different ways in central heating systems;

1. In buildings built before the Share Meter law, there are usually many heating lines coming from the boiler room to the radiators. This prevents the use of a single meter for each apartment. In such buildings, a Heat Share Meter and a Thermostatic Valve must be installed for each radiator for heat adjustment. The biggest advantage of this system is that the consumption of each radiator can be monitored separately. In addition, since the Heat Share Meter device does not come into contact with water, it can be used for a long time.

2. In newly constructed buildings, a main line is generally separated from the heat center and a branch is separated for each apartment. In such installations, a calorimeter (heat meter) is installed at the entrance of each apartment and measurement is provided. The biggest advantage of this system is that it provides more precise measurement. In addition, in cases requiring technical service, intervention from outside the apartment/unit provides convenience for both the customer and the service provider. Calorimeters are of two types according to the measurement method: mechanical and ultrasonic. While mechanical calorimeters measure with the classical type wheel system, ultrasonic calorimeters measure through the sound vibrations created by the water passing through the installation.
